an emergent consciousness in switched
state digital technology. In a future of neural nets and
massively parallel quantum
computing will Heisenberg's Uncertainty
Principle lead our carefully structured microprocessors
down a path of chaos?
Or will systems
begin to self organize into a new kind of intelligence?
